Our commercial building is located in the Schöneich industrial and commercial area in Wetzikon and can be reached on foot in 15 minutes from the Wetzikon train and bus station. The traffic volume in the Schöneich area is normal. Two bus stops are located in the immediate vicinity (in the direction of the train station at the traffic circle). The Schöneich area is about 10 minutes from the Betzholz traffic circle and 15 minutes from the Uster Ost freeway access road (via Aathal to the A53).
Food options are located around the Wetzikon train station and at Migros, at the entrance to the Schöneich area by the traffic circle. Hofstrasse 98 is logistically easily accessible and is particularly suitable for location-oriented SMEs.
The Schöneich area is considered a quiet commercial area in Wetzikon and is connected to the Vita-Parcours Schöneich (forest and reed area).
