The commercial building was purchased in 2016 after a ventilation system fire. The roof and steel structure were severely damaged by the fire. Therefore, it was decided to completely gut the building and remove the old facade from the steel structure. Only the old steel structure was repaired and used again for the new construction. Subsequently, two new staircases with passenger and goods lifts, a new steel structure with wooden floor elements were installed to obtain a two-story use in the 9 meter high hall. A modern facade with large glass surfaces was created for the showrooms of the new tenant to give the building the necessary glamour.<\/p>\n
