The commercial building needed energy renovation due to its age. In the process, the roof, which had water leaks in various places, was also renewed and the facade, which had faded and various details were not fully resolved, was redesigned. To bring the building up to current standards, both parts were fitted with new insulation. In addition, a passenger lift was integrated into the existing stairwell to make the building accessible to people with walking disabilities. In addition, shading systems were retrofitted to the windows.
